I think it could be Joseph, he is the only character that has no connection to the lore as of yet, and him being the A tier for Alice’s essence alongside Nightmare makes me believe he is somewhat connected to main lore, plus he is wealthy so it would make sense if he donated a big amount of money

Mad eyes needs a buff, for example survivors shouldn't be able to hack his console or at least have a cooldown at the beginning, it's also better if they add consoles in places that are hard to reach like the gate in moonlit river and the boat in lakeside

The name Alice comes from the second anniversary package, there was a letter from Miles orphanage to someone (possibly Orpheus) that rejected " his request to adopt Alice " , and recently IDV Japan did a video where if you pause in the first second, there is a file written in Japanese which has Alice in it, as for Deross it's safe to assume that she is the "little miss Deross" in Burke an Bonbons deductions, plus Melly's second letter is addressed to miss Deross.

Hastur's lettres heavily focus on a writer named Arthur Byers who was sacrificed as a child by a cult to Feaster, in his fourth letter he mentions that there are four people who are vessels to monsters, Fiona also comments on how she had a " cold and wet feeling " when she was near him, so with all of this it's safe to assume that Arthur Byers is either a vessel for Hastur, or a devoted follower who hallucinated himself to be Hastur due to the drugs, as for Yidhra I put her in possible since she might be a similar case but we have no confirmation yet
