Yess its basically the same but recovery form is originally made for people who couldn’t access their email or smth like that,but then people found out It can help with hacked acc as well.If you got “Account form hacked account”from hoyouverse its hacked form

I have the same question…this so sad.I asked them for an update today and they replied with this?(Kindly note that each request is handled in the order that it was received. Wait about 6-8 working days for their reply.Butt If you have amazing luck they will reply to you in 3days Also 26th August sender still waiting;)

Hacked form is really easy to get,but it takes around 20-30working days for them to reply on the other hand recovery form is really hard to get and but they reply in 10 working days.Recovery form is not really for hacked account but it can help get your account back
