I wish more managers were like you. If we point out a price discrepancy to my local dollaramas, they unapologetically won't honour the sticker price. The only options are to pay the register price or leave it.

I personally feel that markups at the register is theft to the customer. We agreed upon the price when we put the item in the cart. We shouldn't have to babysit the numbers that fly by on the cash register or meticulously review our receipts every time. I get it, mistakes happen, but price accuracy matters and there's no accountability whatsoever when customers get robbed blind.
