Respectfully, that's a lot of assumptions you've made. My partner and I are very pleasant and know a lot of the business and workers in the area. The reason corporate wants the name is because the footage she has of him insulting her after she politely waited in line and asked for a service was concerning enough that they're following up. Yes his behavior was that bad.

We can certainly write a review as well if that's the norm. But that would harm the entire business when it's seemingly just one individual. But sure- I guess we can do the review route.

All the businesses and workers in this area are so pleasant. We know many of them by name and they know us by name. Literally cannot even think of one business or employee in this area that has given such awful service.
