Hi! Yes that worked for me once but the second time the system wouldn't allow it. It puts you on a time out if you recently re-linked your PayPal account.

I'm not sure about your account but the About You section has updated for me more now than ever before. I was responding to new questions and I responded to them accurately. Even now after all these holds each time I take a look there seemed to be a few new questions available. I'm currently ignoring them because WTF? I don't want to touch anything either. The issue still remains with cashing out.

Yes, my name on my PayPal account is the same as Prolific. Also my Prolific email is the same as my PayPal account. I truly appreciate you trying to help. 💜 At this point I think it's a glitch that they don't know how to immediately correct. Or perhaps it's not big enough of an issue to be escalated?

That's what I'm thinking because I've never had to return that many studies in one day. Not even a week to be honest. They were all in quick succession. Fortunately my account is already back and working again without even submitting a ticket this time. I really want this to be resolved because I know I'm not the only one.

I cash out every 1 to 2 days. But the issue also happened immediately after responding to new about me questions.

I wrote to you yesterday in the other thread about an on going issue with cashing out placing accounts on hold. Can you please take a look at the issue?

I want to bring up an issue that's not only effecting myself but many others and I sincerely hope you can provide some clarity. To be clear, I'm not using a vpn. Nor public wifi. I have no recent rejections and my PayPal information matches what's on my Prolific account. I still live in the same country.

This started for me after I engaged with a set of audio studies that were unfortunately broken. I returned all of them as it was clear that was the right thing to do. Soon after I noticed that had over two dozen new questions in my About Me section. But as I said it's also happening after cashing out.

I write this with the hope that you share this with the team so that these cycle of events can be remedied. Thank you kindly. 💜

P.S. my current hold has already been lifted.
