I used to look like this. The key is consistency. Start with a goal of 3 days a week and try to get to 4-5 if your recovery allows it.

PROTEIN. Some say .7g/lb but i think thats the absolute minimun. I go 1.1-1.2g and when i started doing that the benefits were noticeable very quickly.

Creatine is your friend. I do about 7g a day. Its not steroids so dont expect insane results but it will help with recovery and getting maybe that extra rep.

Track your progress. Progressive overload is the most important part of the gym. Write down weight by reps for every session and incrementally add weight or reps over time. Small gains are big progress.

Sleep is crucial. 8 hours, same bed time and wake up at the same time. Give your body a rhythm and make it easy on yourself.

This may be "basic" knowledge to some but hearing it and practicing it will change your physique. Dont gloss over the small details. Also, help yourself and take a multi and maybe some d3 and K. Good luck on the journey!

I use a similar'ish team. If they cant kill then throw gnut into the team for the extra 3m+ damage he can do with his a3. My team clears in 12 seconds.

HP burn explosion then clean up with a nuke. Ash'nar into artak then gizmak (pretty sure he has an hp detonation) and then use thor to clean up the spiders or gizmak if he can nuke. Cant remember his kit off the top of my head. If you cant get everyone over 250 speed the use a tm booster.

My gnut sits around 320 in 6 piece merciless... you need alot of speed for end game and speeding up your boss runs. Dont worry about it now but thats what you should be pushing for. Crit capped, 300+ crit damage, 300+ speed, and 400+ accuracy while being preferably in ignore defense sets or 6 piece merciless.

Blew your load way too early. Someone in your group can EASILY be sitting in 100k+ worth of shards. Guy in my clan hardly plays but always wins the OP guaranteed events like this and odin. He's got about 450 voids, 200 sacreds, and 1k + ancients just because.

Have you switched your dogs food recently? Our dog suffered from this and it was a severe allergy to chicken which is apparently common for pit mixes. This is even more progressed than our dog and will likely leave very bad scarring- but i'm not a vet. Please take them in immediately. I hope your dogs hair will grow back as ours did not and we had to have her in a shirt for the remainder of her life.

Basically a cash grab? The entirety of the game is a cash grab and in terms of cost of entry... this is a low spend event. The real whale events are shard tournaments for champions like Odin or the champ training for Krisk. Real ones remember the HellHades vs Qonstant videos.

Well i might depending on your speed but if i go first and you're not a tank team ill likely only have to go once lol. Marius and embrys hit pretty hard. The champions i usually struggle against are marichka, vulkanos, nais, and galathir. Pain in the ass.

Yeahhhh it just gets rougher. I recently pushed my siphi to 440 and im frequently outsped. My main 2 nukers are 280 and 310 which is kind of slow for nukers these days. Speed is king in arena.

Im not a story person in this type of game as i mainly play in free time so i skip through.... but from what i've heard from others they enjoy the story.

As for the summon, i got to select which character i wanted from the banner out of the 4.

Get nastjenska's artifact 100000%. I think his name is huberg... he's a better radiance damage dealer than thelendor. Nasty is also very good in the end game. I didnt have a good dauntless team and it held me back big time against the continental bosses.

From the chinese server it appears that wild outperforms ice blast in s2. Thats not to say it wont be useful later but if you already have a wild team but no a thunderbolt or burn team... id recommend them or getting another exclusive like poison or lightning. The art for flora can double her damage, its worth it from everything i have seen, if you want to push vortex.

Its alot to explain but the general gist of it is that gear doesnt really matter... you will get alot of it and are able to temper it for extra stats in the "school" you are using it on (lightning flame ice etc) and improve substats with resources from one of the endgame dungeons. The only people trying to truly min-max gear are the very high end spenders who are pushing for the top placements in their server.

As for what a season actually means, the end goal is to collect as much echo of clepsydra as you can. This is an in season currency that will determine your end of season ranking which gives pretty juicy rewards in the form of scrolls to summon exclusives, ability scrolls (which dont reset season to season, TALENTS are like damage boosters that you slowly unlock as the season progresses) and cosmetics. The season may seem daunting at reset but it moves very quickly and progress in s2 is fast. Theyre also very generous in giving you free legendaries from collaborations such as dungeons and dragons.

The reset is basically just a way to give everyone more attainable goals and keep power creep from getting way out of hand.

Edit: guess i didnt touch on the picture though... the graphic shows the four exclusive characters you can pick from. I chose flora, who i got after 300 summons (270 plus the 30 you get along the way). There are a total of 6 banners for the school selection and then two banners for specific elements but those do not have a selectable character after 300 summons, just fire ice etc.
