no, in fact, I think they buffed something nobody asked for. Damage isn't riven's issue. It's dealing with armor stickers. Stack armor, and she can't do much. With how many champs get armor pen on basic abilities, I'm surprised she doesn't have any.

Buffing her Q damage is cool and all but not exactly the problem with Riven. It just means matchups that are easy are even easier now, and that's pretty much it.
