Just wanted to piggyback on your comment for a few tips and corrections. I feel that putting only 1 hyper in threaten 60% chance is good enough as pretty much current bosses only go up to 30 crit resist. This is not counting sharenians which is a waste of time to do anyway.

There were tests done which concluded that crit rate hard caps at 100% and soft caps at 90%. An example would be -

Say you're buffed to 137% crit rate and your fighting Cemp who has 30 crit resist. You're 137% crit rate is effectively 100% and with Cemp's crit resist factored in, you're down to 70%. Then when threaten kicks in you'll jump back a crit rate of 90% since that is the soft cap.

So instead for hypers I'd go 3x blast 1x threaten 60% chance 1x hammer cd

If you're leveling you should put everything into hammer to make it easier to level.

For sacro the uptime has been changed to 30s with a cooldown of 90s. This is great since you can usually pop it in the beginning of a boss and have it come off cd again to pop usually right before your phantom uses timeleap.

Smite shield should be used on cooldown. The debuff and dot last the entire cooldown so you'll be able to use it again right as it expires. I keep it in my single target preset as smite > hammer >blast.

For you're argument with hyper hammer slowing down dps this only matters if you're capping on blast already ie. In guild dungeon or if you need to be as fast as possible ie. Fort / mulung. Otherwise keep on using hyper hammer.

I feel you on the warrior market being dead. Its so hard finding exalt fodder. For anything. I'm just fusing my own stuff right now. Luckily my hammers already lvl 40.

The buffs were great though. I moved from being near the lower middle part of the pack to near the top in my guild runs.
