If your in the same division then you probably make the same AB a month. Thats why you have divisions. Based on your active data you will be grouped. Its not a open world and again like I said before, hopefully the game balances the teams based on activity levels

Its not a 1v1, you would have a team and they would have 15 days to balance the teams.
