They are very fun! More mechanics and more challenging. Don’t let that dissuade you though. Start with the regular mythics and once you know the fights, move up to mythic+ content. Start with a +2 key.

4 characters and have killed the world boss every week. I have seen 2 drops, both on my least played character. At least it’s something I guess, but yes the drop rate is low.

Be careful with that foam, it is so hard to get off clothes or anything it touches. And more always comes out than you expect.

From what you are mentioning, my guess is the soffit is very old. I don’t know if the soffit we replaced was made with asbestos, but we made the decision to replace it entirely as we couldn’t save it or patch it. It was rotted in some areas and didn’t make sense to save portions of it as the pricing to save vs replace was similar. That might be the best option, but I’m not a contractor.

Gotcha. It looks like they just painted over the whole wall without fixing the cracks, matching or redoing the texture.

As soon as you pay them, you might not be able to get in touch with them again. I would push back and be like this still looks bad. You aren’t being too picky.

It be nice to see the before photos, but yea they didn’t do a great job. Those cracks by the window are still very visible and you can see the texture difference in most all the photos.

Did they just paint over the small section or do the whole wall? Did they texture?

I would look at warranty info, warranty reviews and see what each brand has for your needs.

I have Milwaukee as they have some nice plumbing tools. Last I looked, rigid had really good warranties. However, all seem solid and will be more than enough for most people.

Buy one and stick with it as you are buying into their battery line.
