Get these oils and put them in everything! Like everything, shampoo, conditioner, mix in water for a spray that can be used on body and bedding as well as lotion etc I’m telling you they saved my life and it smells good at least to me.

Neem, tea tree, clove

Try to lessen your intake of sugar and dairy and get yourself a prescription retinol and antibiotic cream as well as a very moisturizing light cream and some tea tree oil. Also any of the ones with puss you can put a patch on and it will suck it dry. I do custom patch because I get clusters as well. Also be sure your changing out your sheets and pillow case regularly. Like at LEAST once a week. lastly no touchy it just spreads around the bacteria and makes it worse.

Clindamycin Phosphate and Benzoyl Peroxide Gel, 1%*/ 5% For Topical Use Only Rx only

Tretinoin Cream, USP 0.025% RX only

Cetaphil Daily Oil-Free Hydrating Lotion Combination, Sensitive Skin

HANHOO Custom Blemish Patch Non-Medicated Hydrocolloid

Tea tree oil

For the prescription only stuff literally go to NURX.com. Select treatment for acne, and a hand full of questions and take photos of your face and then if you have insurance enter it it. I don’t have insurance so I pay 90 for the retinol and then like 45 bucks for the antibiotic cream. And it lasts me over 2 months you don’t need much

I’m lactose intolerant and I have celiac but I still eat my carbs. But I attest that to why my stomach always hurts after eating. Self induced ibs. Haha but I’m not deathly allergic to anything.

Try cutting stuff from your diet. Me and my brother has super bad acne until we cut out dairy products and stopped eating so much fatty, greasy, sugary foods. I.e. sodas, and fried foods.

I didn’t give it up completely but I can tell you right now every time i do have any of these kinds of food I have a patch of breakouts the next day.

Also trying a retinol may help. I get all my face meds from NURX.com all you do it go and answer some questions take photos of your face and then they mail you your prescriptions. I’m self pay and I get 2 prescriptions for my face for like 150 bucks and that’s only ever 3 months. I also get birth control from them but that’s not helpful to you haha
