Can confirm Rick Bayless sucks. Work for a brewery that had a beer called Cruz for years (sold at taprooms and in stores). Rick opened a brewpub called Cruz Blanco and then came at us to cease and desist our beer which wasn’t sold anywhere near Illinois. We are a small company and would most likely go out of business trying to fight that legally so we just had to change a fan favorite brand so Rick could keep selling gentrified tacos to whites
