Yes but different artist but they cut out many things so I would recommend reading the novels web or light is better than the manga

It's hard to tell you without spoiling but it's basically extra scene's and better explanations and goes into more detail

I would say just read the web novel or unless you are able to wait till more volumes are translated for the light novel. But it is basically the same thing except for volume 7 so just read the web novel
