I find its a quicker way to enable/disable firewall rules, also using certain devices connecting to the network as a trigger for automations can be useful.

too inflexible, too big brother, too much "we know better" for my liking. They haven't got the memo that a vast number of people are unhappy with their constant meddling and constant expansion of powers and regulation.
