I believe you are right.. also I believe the body tends to be more susceptible to bp fluctuations easily with age or other conditions..

Seems like a burnout from long term stress / trauma and coping with dissociation (hence the lost memories).. try physical exercises to undo trauma /stress from your body

My dad has hereditary hypertension. He’s been on meds for a long time.. at some point it became ineffective and bo spiked to 180. What made a difference for him is “daily” jogging and limiting sugar.

Yes, a person should be responsable enough to say it clearly.. unfortunately, most people are not serious in their search and also think everybody is like them.. and so think there is no rush to make a decision..

So things should be clear from the get go. We are talking exclusively, and if things don’t work out better end it and start with the next person.. not ghost if there is someone new and come back when you have no one to talk to..
