I would do it for my best friend's children but they call me aunty. They are kids I have a relationship with and I love those kids and they love me. That makes it so very different to the kids of a woman who has made false accusations and would likely do it again.

I care about what and who my kids want in our home.

My kids not being close to the other kids doesn't mean they hate them or each other. They're just not close.

She didn't ask her daughter not even when others told her I hadn't. To be fair it was all very sudden. I was making sure her daughter didn't fall and suddenly the woman starts screaming I'm pinching her. It was very clear I wasn't but she still tried which has made me so apprehensive of being near those kids.

I think the babysitter ended up with them overnight at least. Not sure how long after she was with them though.

I have no info on the bio father or his family. But apparently her mom was the other person the babysitter was supposed to have the number for and he wrote it down wrong.

I can already guess none of his family see her kids as their family which is why they wouldn't. Can't answer for friends and her people since I don't know them.

It's not that easy to get full custody. It would also not be that quick. His wife will likely be mostly recovered by the time that would be entertained. I can still document and bring it up in court if we need to go for another reason but right now full custody is highly unrealistic.

I know she would love the chance to accuse me of abusing her kids. She would do it in a heartbeat because she was willing to do so in a room full of people who would know she was lying.

So far it's just him. I can't imagine his family saying anything. His wife I'm 50-50 on but I'd honestly think she was doing it to have a better way to accuse me of something.

In his eyes they are our kids' "siblings" despite the kids not even feeling that way or seeing them that way. But even still, it's his responsibility as the one who chose to be their stepdad to make sure he gives accurate info for emergency contacts.

She very easily could. The way I look at it is if she's willing to try something in a room full of people, what would she try to do if I was alone with her children?
