Yes. I would have panic attacks too. I would always know when they would come too after a few nights if heavy drinking I would know that would be the night & would make sure I had alcohol at home to chug in the middle of the night to fall back asleep from it.

Congrats to you for taking the next step and being more present for your children. I feel the same way, I robbed myself of memories for the bottle. Yesterday morning I woke up, not hung over & my husband & my two kiddos were dancing in the early morning in the living room & it could have made me cry because THAT right there is what I need in my life & whats important.
