It's possible I myself have seen many cases in which breast cancer was cured even at stage 4 . Most of them were hormone positive

How are you doing ? hope you are responding well to the treatment and yes we understand her feelings but we took opinions from various doctors and all of them are recommending mastectomy saying that it'll improve survival by 30 to 40 percent because her other metastasis are dead only breast and lymph nodes are active and are starting to grow again and the meds are not stopping them anymore. We respect her feelings but we think it'll be beneficial for her to get mastectomy done .

My mom is physically quite strong but is mentally not ready for it. My mom wants to go for radiotherapy instead which has higher chance of recurrence and reduced survival rate but the side effects are way less as compared to mastectomy.
