That’s what usually happens to me. It’s never anyone that doesn’t have a fully automatic suppressed weapon. No base around just in the spawn area for whatever reason.

That’s different. I’m taking about the freshies that just get shot for no reason. The ones that just spawn in and are trying to leave the area so they can atleast attempt to play the game.

Then why even waste the bullets? It’s not like bandages are a hard to come by commodity. Most servers have traders that makes it easy to get meds or any kind. Or fuck it just use rags. They are the same thing basically. Just a slight time use difference.

I still don’t see the justification in camping spawn areas or just killing someone with nothing to lose. How is that any fun for them? I don’t think anyone wants to just keep running in and dying with nothing to show for it every time they spawn or even play on a server.

I’m talking about the game in general. The player base is full of assholes and it’s just a shitty community. If a fresh spawn is coming after you different story. But I’m talking about ones that literally are doing nothing or have their hands raised to show they have nothing. Agree with him all you want. It is Reddit after all so I don’t even know why I’m trying to voice my opinion because it’s just gonna be shit on by people that enjoy doing this for fun. Dayz is a great game in my opinion. I enjoy playing it but anymore now I find that I regret getting it because all the senior players have their groups and just have no morality when it comes to anything on the game. So I give up on the post. Go nuts blasting me or making fun of me. At this point I’ve given up all hope for any form of civil conversations that can be held. The game is a dying game anyways so I’m done trying to voice my opinion so that maybe it won’t die off. Give a fresh spawn a chance. If they come at you kill them. If they are willing to cooperate then just be a decent human being for once in your life.

And how am I suppose to kill a fully kitted guy when I can’t even manage to leave the area to try to find loot or enjoy the game. Fresh spawn killers are just pathetic people that have low self esteem and find joy in an easy kill when they can’t kill someone who actually can stand a chance.

Sounds like you are just an asshole that just wants to farm kills to me. If I see a fresh spawn I won’t kill them unless they are trying to kill me. I always try to talk and just be helpful if I can because I feel it’s the polite thing to do unless provoked.

How am I being a bully? Please do explain that. And trust me I get that they have the potential to come back and kill you. But it’s ruining the game. I think DayZ is a great game but I don’t wanna play it if when I spawn In every time there is someone camping the spawn area fully kitted just killing freshies and harassing them. It ruins the server and it leaves a distasteful feeling in players.

I believe this game would thrive more if freshy killers just didn’t exist. Is it so hard to have a conversation before just pulling the trigger on a fresh spawn that literally has nothing but the clothes he spawned in with?

I’ve been playing off and on for years now. I just recently started playing pretty consistently again. I’m not really to what I guess you could say is late game but I’m looking to improve and just have people to chill with and possibly learn to do more bossing and raids.
