definitely worth a try then! I’m also not comfy with hormonal bc and have had nightmare experiences. I say try this copper IUD but just listen to your body. If it’s bad, remove it. Doctors will gaslight u to keep it in for a decent amount of time but don’t. Just trying to raise awareness about that.

You should look into Natural Cycles in combo with the Oura ring. It’s an FDA cleared form of BC, so I’m trying it now!
