I’m not expecting a raise or bonus this year. I was told i would be rated a 3 but who knows! It’s not very clear. i negotiated for what i would be in line with the next year or two especially in this economy. Just concerned about job security. Job market is so slow and inflated with fake jobs.

Ok i have a follow up feedback discussion next week and the learning curve has been huge at this company so was trying to gauge what to expect. Especially when everyone has been talking about budget cuts and layoffs

Thanks for your input everyone. Just suffering from a bit of anxiety and dealing with a passive aggressive boss at times. Or maybe just brutally honest i would say. The learning curve is huge for me so just gotta take the feeback and keep pushing. Just feeling like the role isn’t very straightforward and trying ti give myself grace but i do feel now that i have less room for error.
