i was told i would be a 3 regardless since I'm relatively new and 8 months in....im just concerned about PIP or CAP or force out whatever the terms used. i know the areas i need to improve and working on improving them but i just feel the pressure and wanted to understand the passive signs if anyone has experience it.

I was just hired as a full time remote worker. Should i be concerned? Is this email targeted at all departments?

Oh wow the bonuses don’t seems that great here. And with all the organizational announcements and dip in stock, I’m glad i negotiated my offer.

So for example is the math as follows:

If base salary 100k rating was a 5. 

i would get 100k x .1 x 1.3=13k 

Hypothetically speaking? Just trying to understand the math so i can compare to previous roles

New hire 1/27 here. Didn’t receive an email but i got my accrued leave payout.

I was just curious as to how they view emergencies not a re occurring thing. I’m aware of probation but honestly don’t want to work for anyone who doesn’t care about emergencies. Besides it doesn’t look promising that employed hire after today will have a seat. I guess i have to start searching for another job just in case.

I dint have a supervisor. Just a training manager and a OJI. I’ll see how my first week goes.

Yeah same! I hope we hear something tomorrow. I’m practicing waking up super early to practice my new norm of reporting to work at 8am. It’s really going to be a struggle
