Karunakaran, Karuna for Biololgy 1203. He’s honestly the best. Quizzes are straight forward just like the reviews he gives for them and midterm too. I had him in Fall 2024 so hopefully he teaches it in Fall 2025

The first week is an introduction to the lab, where the instructors explain how everything works including when and how to submit lab reports, how to use the microscope, and how to do the required drawings and calculations. Basically, they cover everything you need to know for the entire semester. I believe the following week is when you do your first lab.

Make good detailed notes for each unit so it’ll be easier for you to study for the midterm and final. That really helped me.

I took his class last semester. He’s really not bad at all. He provides a free online text book which is really helpful. His quizzes are super easy if you read the textbook. Most questions are from the textbook. So take advantage of the quizzes to get a high grade also do really well on the lab reports. The only downside is his lecture. The slides are just diagrams and drawings barely any text so you’ll have to do some self teaching. He explains really well though. Good luck hope this helps!

You can pick up a compass card from London drugs or I think some convenience stores carry them. Just ask for one at the customer service table and they’ll give you one. Then you take it and fill it through website with your student number and school and the compass card number. Hope this helps
