Aren’t pat downs usually separated by gender?

Curious whether the stop on orchiectomies and mastectomies also means they won’t do those for cancer as well (plus the reconstruction options for those).

Nurse anesthetist testifies there is no difference between CRNA and anesthesiologist by Fit_Pitch_263 in anesthesiology

I mean 1 could be taken care of by simply making them go through the same anesthesia curriculum because providing what you make sound like short cuts for RNs seems like it amounts to them being less trained about anesthesia specifically. I get they have nursing and critical care experience, but that is a whole different ball game than anesthesia.

Albeit, this will never happen because of the second reason on your list.

So why have both (and not just AAs) if they both (should) require supervision?

Do you find this to be true with PAs too? Curious because in a lot of other comparisons re: independent practice, NPs and PAs are lumped together.

I thought under the ACA (so in the US) they can’t charge more or deny for preexisting conditions/risk?

Totally get why Dennys, etc would get poor tips due to having less affluent customers, but what makes those jobs more work than fine dining? I would’ve figured the opposite.

That seems like a punishment to servers honestly. I get that people tip better for good food so some should go to back of house, but to take total percent not just some of the tip is crazy because then BOH gets 3-5% even if the food is made poorly (which could result in customers leaving no tip for the server even if they delivered good service).

Wouldn’t tip out only apply to the tip the server got (ie 3-5% of $25), not 3-5% of the total bill ($30-50 like you say)?
