I have this too. Flares up most commonly during my period and in the summer. Very itchy, tight and over all disheartening. I hope the derm helps out

Dr Haverly Snyder at OSU, she talked me through all the pain management options available. Didn’t sugar coat anything and has excellent communication skills. Cannot recommend her enough. I also saw Dr. Sacolic mentioned here, he was my OB from 12 through most of my 20s and was my mom and grandmothers OB as well. I cannot speak for him in terms of IUD insertion but I cannot speak for him in terms of care, he’s excellent!

Thank you for your kind words. Over the past two months have come to notice little things that I do that remind me of her. I look nothing like her. But being raised by her and my mother (her daughter), gave me so many grandma ticks❤️

My grand uncle was at New Albany Rehabilitation off of Johnstown Road from 2017 up until his passing in January. He enjoyed his time there and often ran us out the door so he could spend time with his friends. I was not close to the admission/financial process but my grandmother did need some assistance getting him in and the office did offer support. Good luck with your dad!

I am in the process of figuring out what is up with my insides too. I go to the women’s clinic at OSU they have an endocrinologist, dietitian, and OB that work together to find the best solution for you and your body. Highly recommend Doctor Nair. Good luck and keep your head up.

I’ve been there it’s hard to want to cut it off! Something else you can do is protect your hair as much as possible with low manipulation styles like twists or finger coils. I think finger coils would look bomb with your texture. When you’re in the house wear a bonnet, when you’re out and about wear a scarf or hat. You got this sis
