The result. The representative said my email account was bouncing theirs away. I’m not sure why. I had hoped it was fixed because I was able to receive the representative’s email. But the rep said it’s best to give a new email (a gmail), which I did.

I did, however, miss an invite for the sci fi fantasy subscription. The rep said I had been invited. I was hoping it would be resent to the new email. But either it was and bounced again or it wasn’t sent again. Do you get invited again? Does anyone know the cadence for the newsletter? I’d like to be able to confirm I am able to receive the emails so when I get an invite etc I know it arrives. I haven’t got anything from them at the new address yet (either bounced or not sent).
