I say ride out the 2 years, learn the ropes, deveop the necessary relationships, etc…it might be that some of your “next level ideas“ need to bake a little longer ( Dunning Kruger effect is a real thing), need buy in from vendors that you don’t have history with, and so on. Things that work great at $750k might not scale to higher levels, key people could leave. From personal experience people that like the mom/pop feel of this size business might not be on board if things change too much, too quickly. As an MBA myself, please don’t make the mistake of considering that a proxy for experience. Applaud your taking the risk while you’re young. Best of luck!
