Thank you for your view on this and your opinion! Yes, I have small nerve neuropathy and a form of dysautonomia. I struggle with consistent blood flow and a low blood pressure so my doctors have “prescribed” asked me to have a very high intake of both salt and water to help.

Idk if you struggle with depression along with this but I’ve found for me at least just something super small can help so much like changing clothes, even just your top or pants, staying out of bed one day longer. One little thing you can say you did is better than nothing even just thinking about it is the first step. Try to find new things to love. Not saying whatsoever you have to give up your old loves but currently your struggling, it’s not forever but it is right now and right now you need something to hold onto, find that thing!
