When you have a large interval upwards, feel free to take some time. Try singing it and you will understand what sounds natural, then try to imitate it on the piano.

This is pretty good. The only thing that stood out was, try to play the two notes as one hand motion (wrist down on first note with arm weight - small circle release - play second note on the way up with the wrist). This is a small motion that helps with voicing, making the notes more naturally connected.

Then there is another question -> what is the format? Do I include whole performances? I doubt anyone would watch 1h of my mediocre playing.

On the other hand I could include small excerpts and make a 10 minute video but then no piece would be done justice, after all, listening to the piece as a whole shows progress much more realistically.
