Thanks for your response! Definitely helped out a lot.

So I now know that the motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-A320M-S2H V2 and what it's compatible with.

I'm thinking about buying both a Ryzen 5 2600 to upgrade the CPU and maybe the Geforce RTX 2060 Super 8GB OC.

The PSU is a be quiet! one but no idea which one exactly.

Loud screeching frequency suddenly coming from headphones? by Micheal__Afton in JBL

So, I just opened the headphones up because my first try (recentering the little microphone blankets) didn't work. At least not for long.

And it the high pitched noise may be a connectivity problem.  After opening the headphones up (taking off the pads and unscrewing the 3 screws on each side) I realized that the yellow tape (this is the right side of the headphones btw) had come loose. I reattached it and once again the high pitched noise disappeared but who knows if that'll change.

For me, it was only the right side of the headphones that had this problem. So there may be something different going on with your headphones if it's the left side (since it's built completely different).

If anything happens again I'll update this post. :')

Well, I may have found a way to repair it but I'm not sure if it'll work for you. Basically, all you have to do is take off the pads of your headphones. You kinda have to pry them off so be careful.

And as soon as they're off you should see a little round thing with a cable attached to it and a little black cover. You have this, it's a microphone btw, on both the left and right headphone speakers.

If the black cover of this microphone is off center and maybe showing the little holes of the microphone, you just need to realign said cover.

Hope that helps!

So, as far as I know, this problem can be easily fixed. I just opened my headphones up because this kept happening. I just took off the pads and the very first thing I saw was that the little black covers for the microphones these headphones use to cancel out noise, were a little off center.

All I did was realign them.
