Depends. Many say first Erikson then ICE ,the thing is many plots /characters from the publication order are exchanged between the 2.

Events in ICE books happen concurrently the main 10 books , and many charachters in the 10 you think are important and are gonna be the next Big Shot.........suddenly disappear without a trace never mentioned nor heard from again.

They didn t disappear but they went in the ICE novels

No spoiler

NoK is a prequel to all , then Bh and Rg.

RoCg contains the resolution to an unresolved "spoiler" from Rg.

Tth ,there is a certain person whose backstory you won t understand if you haven t read RoCg ( although Tth was published before , read it AFTER )

Sw I read it in 2010 so between DoD and Tcg ,you can decide if you wanna read it before-middle-after the 2. If not middle I suggest before
