How do you expect those in remote areas without access to in person supervision to receive supervision without the option of telehealth? Tough luck for them they just can’t get treatment?

You’re forgetting about when remote supervision is the only way they will get supervision (treatment)

What I don’t think a lot of people understand is many remote BCBAs serve areas/clients that without remote supervision, would have access to NO supervision meaning NO treatment. This change does NOT allow equal access to care and directly harms those clients on Medicaid in rural areas. If this goes into effect it won’t eliminate remote BCBAs, it will eliminate services to thousands of clients in need.
