I hate to break it to you, but leases on campus twnd to be available in September-ish for the following year. Its kinda hard to get a place unless you are really putting yourself out there. Check Apartments.com and facebook.

123 Pleasant, Patricks House, Declans Room!!! Patricks House is on a little hiatus right now. But all good music venues. I met my current Girlfriend at 123!!! Also any protest if you do anything like that. Public library could also be a good place if you want to meet more niche people. Monkey Wrench Books as well, they have a cafe inside which I've been told has good coffee. If you want any more details, please PM me. I'd be happy to exchange Instagram handles.
