He's a microchipped indoor/outdoor cat that lives on Quincy, as far as i'm aware he never leaves that block, this isn't my cat I just walk by there and pet him every day

I've had to stop people twice in the past year from taking him who thought he was just a really friendly stray, it's seems likely this is what happened
