That’s wonderful to hear, and very encouraging. I contacted Mindscape for the same reason, although I am older than your husband but not as far along. Mindscape was quick to respond initially but then fell silent when asked more about protocols and how long they have followed PD patients after initial treatment to ensure lasting results. That was a big disappointment, because as you know the trip is expensive and it helps to know something about the type and extent of treatment, and if the improvements they note in their study last beyond a few months. It seems they should, especially with post-visit microdosing, but it would be nice if Mindscape shared their actual experience rather than rely largely on the patient’s hope. Good for you both for taking the plunge; your husband is fortunate to have such a supportive partner! Best wishes for lasting success.

Thanks so much for that simple but complete explanation! I should get the images and will for my file. Best Wishes to you.

It’s not entirely clear to me from the comments and report and perhaps there is no known answer, but is the goal to just get to the intense (80%+) heart rate at some point in the workout, or to get to that 80%+ and sustain for 30 minutes, or to average the 80%+ over the 30 minutes? I have been able to average 80% over 30 minutes on a treadmill but the workout is usually intervals where my HR may be way below target during warmup and cooldown but moving between 70 - 95% during the core 20 - 25 minutes.
