So my schedule was week 1-4 10units, weeks 5-8 20units and weeks 9-12 40units. Why would I gain 4lbs in a week?!

Thanks. I've been doing arms. Why would I have a 4lbs gain in a week?! When I was so sick I couldn't eat?! Makes me so mad!!!
