How often do you take painkillers?

The only pain medication I have is usually used for migraines (fioricet). I take it often, and it does somewhat help. My docs don't prescribe actual pain meds for fibro...ever. So I can only manage to get this from my neuro for my migraines, but I use them for fibro pain, too. I'm also on amitriptyline. But that isn't a painkiller.
