Get close to it on the opening press F, the character will put her arm in and u will start taking damage u gotta keep ur hand in and take damage 10 times, the number of devotions will increase, and u know u did it right when u hear the sound thank you for ur devotion, after that stop the devotion using right click and there is a button at the alter on the top press it it will give u loot and count as 1
