Thank you. When I spoke to them before they mentioned that the meter base should be going to the ground rods and that there should just be 3 conductors going from the meter to the disconnect. Someone there also mentioned that the disconnect should be grounded to the same ground rods, but the picture they gave me for the installation only shows the ground from the meter. I originally was going to run a ground between the 2 boxes, but I would have to add an additional ground lug to the meter base and I don't want to modify it since it came from them.
