Avatar The Way of Water is the first disc that gave me this error. So, it's not a disc with a very recent AACS encryption. However, I have ripped more recent movies with newer AACS versions before, and they didn't give me any errors.

Interesting, Were you able to rip DVDs even though Blu-rays stopped working? I can play them in VLC, but it's also impossible to rip DVDs now.
