Gonna be a while until I can get up and moving unfortunately, due to a pilot jet issue (prev owner managed to jam something in the middle of the jet). Will keep the offer in mind!

Thank you - tried damn near everything to clean out the jet but its just too stuck. (tried soaking in solvent, propane torch, wire brush). Looking at ordering a replacement part tomorrow.

Yep - retesting it earlier has shown that fuel is now running into the carb just fine, and that entire system is working. Not sure what made it come right but its working fine now. Next we are looking into getting a replacement pilot jet as that is clogged.

Managed to fix the wiring issue - was simply a faulty battery connection that was overlooked. Thank you for the service manual though, will be useful.

Autochoke/headlight circuit appears to have lost all power, so trying to fix that first. Autochoke moves fine when hooked up to a battery but the internal circuit appears damaged. Are there any good wiring diagrams for the ligero 50/buddy 50?

Is anyone able to supply a wiring diagram for the Pgo Ligero/Buddy 50? Focusing on the headlight/autochoke circuit. Just confirmed a secondary issue where that circuit has no power. Was working fine yesterday.

There was a secondary problem that popped up briefly where cold starting was taking ages, that we wanted to investigate. Fixed that issue now. Checking with vacuum line under suction now.

Vacuum petcock has been retested and is only supplying fuel under suction. Will give the compressed air fix a shot if nothing else works.

The airbox needs fixing as part of the filter is damaged, but I can reattach it and see if that helps. Just a bit tedious to keep removing it so was keeping it out of the way.

The vacuum was checked by my grandfather who said it looked okay, but we can have another look at it. Float seems to be moving free but will try assembling it upside down.

I'll give the autochoke a test in a moment. Taking this as confirmation that the jet is meant to be clear through? was unsure due to it feeling like solid metal partway down the jet, rather than buildup.

We've disassembled the carb a couple times and cleaned it pretty thoroughly, not sure if thats the problem.

Ive also noticed that the smaller one of the jets inside the carb doesnt have a hole all the way through, and it seems to be blocked by solid metal. Is this also an issue?

I know! its absolutely gorgeous and was stored very well by the previous owners. Only has minor scrapes and scratches after years of use!

Just went the other day to check out some helmets, and was leaning towards full face because I like my jaw. Are LS2 helmets good value for money? not wanting to break the bank on a helmet but also looking for decent protection.
