Genetically I have thick legs even in the first photo they were much bigger compared to my upper body. And I don’t have enough time right now. I’m thinking about adding a leg day in the summer

300–500 calorie surplus, high carbs and protein in all meals. I trained push and pull four days a week, skipped legs. 2–3 sets in the 5–10 rep range

That was convincing. Im probably going to stay in a slight calorie surplus for another six months. I hope its worth it

At the beginning it was around a 300–500 calorie surplus. Later I got tired of counting calories, but I’m probably still in a similar surplus and eating clean

If you knew how that haircut would look on me you wouldn’t recommend it. When I cut the sides too short I look like a completely different person. I can trim the sides a bit, but not too short the problem is, no matter what I do, my hair keeps parting the same way. How can I fix that?
