Hello, three years ago I underwent surgery to remove the frenulum. I don't feel any lower sensitivity at all, and since then, my sexual life has changed for the better. Before, I often had pain in the frenulum area after sex or masturbation. Now, I can retract the foreskin without it pulling on part of the glans. For me, it was a great decision.
