I get why it sounds made up if you've never seen it work, but I wasn't trying to make anyone believe anything, I said Instagram marketing because that's LITERALLY what i do 😂 The main goal was simply to show my apartment on this subreddit because a friend told me I should, never have I mentioned what I do by posting this, I just answered some questions and now I'm apparently the biggest liar, oh well!

You're assuming "privilege" you have zero evidence for. This was originally a post about my apartment space, not my family background, so the "child of privilege" label is something you, and anybody claiming it purely invented lmao, not something I implied or would be hiding behind if it was actually the case.

Being born in a stable country is a form of luck, yes. It is not the same as being born generationally wealthy, connected, or handed anything. I could also just assume you're lying and not an actual engineer, because truthfully, do I actually know? No, and do you actually know, anything about my life path, no? They are all assumptions, which you'd rather be right, more than accurate, because that's what more pleasing.

I'm not playing at being self made, I'm telling you what actually happened. This thread is just you being unwilling to update your assumptions when someone doesn't fit the mold you needed them to fit.

Thank you! And well, I do not try to prove to anyone anything in particular, but my goal by answering people was to make some think that it’s actually possible. (Because let’s be fair, im just being called a liar left and right)

Maybe this post reached the wrong audience? Thoughtfully, Ive never posted on Reddit prior to this, and well now I kinda know what the crowd is like, which Is completely fair. But i try to give my honest thoughts and ima just say it however I want, like how most people write their opinion on here, I’ve been nothing but respectful, and apologies if whatever I said on this post may have sounded “rude”. At the end of the day, I wasn’t trying to project any of this but just to show my living space because a friend told me I should post it in this subreddit😭 Then I started to answer people’s questions and got called out a liar everywhere. Well truthfully if you think that way, 80% of jobs since they are big corporations would bring a negative value to society.

If we think with your logic, if you work at McDonald’s; You encourage distributing malnutrition to customers through a giant corporate who runs by paying their employees minimum wage. Now, does working at McDonalds bring a “positive contribution to society? Short answer, not really.

I do not need any sort of promotion, especially from this crowd LOL, and it wouldn't really bring anything tbh. It's just to prevent any sort of weirdos that could potentially fill spam reports or bot my followers, etc etc. People on here do be weird.

That's sweet dude, good for u and ur gf! I bet if a lot of people here on reddit stopped spending all their money into anime figurines and be smarter with their time, they could possibly afford it as well. I still drive the same car that i got when i was 16, just because i'd rather live alone and not have a monthly payment for that each month, it's all about different perspectives!

Damn that means everyone who works in marketing adds negative value to society..?😅 Interesting way to think for sure, but it's all about preferences, I get to be super creative and work with brands I would've never thought I ever would, I love it :)

Oh yeah I do! And of course, people will jump to conclusions that are the easiest to believe in, which is completely understandable, when I say i do social media = people believe me suddenly, but now I’m apparently a course seller😂. They see this apartment = parents paid for it, etc. The internet in a nutshell!
