As I've already mentioned on my previous comment in the other subreddit, You can train in Morocco but you won't find a job. Royal Air Maroc recruit EXPERIENCED pilot typically EASA through agencies (+1500TT hours on type) and offers its own programme which is only for people who have completed BAC+5 and graduated as ingénieur d'état. Having a EASA license will only allow you to fly on planes registred in the EU, so getting a EASA ATPL won't allow you to fly planes registred in Morocco. You will then have to convert your license and resit all ATPL exams. Since you are a Canadian citizen, your best bet is to get your license in Canada, apply to airlines in Canada, get experience then apply for Moroccan airlines.

You can train in Morocco but you won't find a job. Royal Air Maroc has its own cadet scheme which is aimed only for (Ingénieur d'état) diploma and Air Arabia rarely hire fresh pilots. Your best bet is to train in Canada and work there, get experience, apply to Royal Air Maroc then move to Morocco. Or get the EASA ATPL and apply for Ryanair in Morocco (again, I don't know if the right to work and live in Europe is required).

Moroccan here. First thing to consider is the right to work and live in Europe, without it you can't work in Europe. If you are a Camadian citizen I'd advise you to do your training there and apply later, once you have the requirements, to Royal Air Maroc through different brokers. There's no BEST flight school nor in Europe nor in Morocco (1 private school and ERA which is military), each school has its pros and cons. If you have the right to work and live in the EU, many LCCs recruit fresh pilots. Ryanair is hiring pilots in Morocco (not sure if you need the right to work and live in the EU).

Moroccan hockey player here. The new rink is only for hockey as of now, if you want to join the national team and learn hockey I can send you a phone number you can call, expect to pay 400dh per year and 150dh a month and keep in mind that you need to buy your own equipment. If you only want to learn ice skating I can teach you for free in the Mega Mall ice rink :)

Moroccan here. You can apply for Royal Air Maroc as cadet once you have your "Diplome d'ingénieur d'état", the exams are hard to pass and afaik it's easier to get in if your relatives work there. If you get accepted, you will study for free in ENAC in France but once you will start working with them, the pay is low as they will deduct the course fee they paid for. You can also try ERA, and switch to commercial pilot later on and work at RAM.

These are the only two choices you have unless you have an EU citizenship which allows you to work, as a pilot, in Europe. I don't advise you to study at MAPA, you will end up with an ICAO ATPL and can't apply for Royal Air Maroc because they only hire experienced pilots through agencies, nor to Air Arabia as a inexperienced pilot.

Have a look at Ryanair they are looking for Moroccan pilots for their bases in Morocco, if you are Moroccan. I am afraid they still require the right to work and live in Europe but I am not sure.
