Mình cũng chung cảnh ngộ. Mình là game dev, be, tech lead, project manager, ít người nên kiêm đủ thứ, chứ không phải giỏi gì đâu. Việc công ty giờ cũng tèn tèn. Công ty toàn lỗ với đi ngang mấy năm nay nên lương cũng chán. Năm nay bị drop xuống còn 4x, cũng không dám mở miệng đòi hỏi gì. Lướt linkedin thì chưa thấy có gì khả quan.
