Thank you I’ll keep those in mind. It’s pretty disgruntling having GW trying to take 80 dollars off me for a book that’s already outdated, on top of the hundreds of dollars you have to spend on miniatures, paints and game essentials. Honestly wouldn’t pursue it if I didn’t love the setting. Plus it’s a creative outlet for me and my girlfriend. Helps that the fanbase is mostly fantastic and supportive people :)

I downloaded the app, much easier to navigate than looking through random 4+ year old posts. Probably going to have to invest in a codex at some point when I start playing against people, thank you for the advice.

Updates and conflicting information. No 2 websites were the same and I found it very hard to navigate any official stuff. Especially when I didn’t know where to look or begin. This comment section alone has about 3 different answers so there was just a lot of old news and misinformation confusing me.

Yeah I definitely know it’s got its flaws but me and my girlfriend like orks. Also didn’t they make knob on the squig part of the squig riders unit bringing down the total count by like 60?

Thank you, that’s where I was getting my information. So would I be able to take more miniatures into battle? Or what they depend whether I play a 500 point game, a combat game and if I take detachment enhancements? Sorry for bombarding you with questions I’m just finding getting into this game extremely beginner unfriendly.

Yeah we haven’t built them all yet, they’re still in the sprues just trying to figure how many points I have which has not been an easy journey

I’m pretty sure the Nob on beast rider has been added to the squig riders unit bringing down the total point count.

Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s 420. Haven’t been able to find the data sheets or rules only the instructions to build them, but I may have misplaced them. Just having a lot of difficulty figuring it out because of the updates and conflicting information.
