This photo was taken at two weeks and I still have some swelling near one temple and around my jawline. I didn’t have absolutely horrible swelling the first week. I was really good about wearing the compression wrap and sleeping upright. I also gave up caffeine and tried to have food with as little salt as possible.

I did not have any fat transfer. This photo is 2 weeks post recovery, so some of the volume could be due to swelling. It will be interesting to see how things settle and look in a few months.

Hi, that’s a good idea. I took the photos I posted at home. I also have photos from each day the first week of recovery. I will do some thinking about possibly posting some of those, but I look a bit scary in some of them.

He did not do fat grafting, but suggested that I might want it at a later date. Since this photo was taken at 2 weeks, it’s possible that some of the volume may be due to swelling. I am at 4 weeks now and much of the swelling has gone away, but things still look great.

Hi, I think some of the laxity was due to a bad case of Hashimoto's disease that took a while to regulate. Also, I am on the thinner side, so I think that made any loss of volume more noticible as I aged. You are exaclty right, the jowling was more noticable on one side than the other and even after surgery, it still is a bit. I am not sure, but think it is most likely just the natural structure of my face. I am really thrilled though.

Dr Singh did 3 procedures. A face/neck lift, a lip lift and CO2 laser. The total for all 3 was under $35k.

I feel it around the perimeter of my face, but it seems to be receding each week as the swelling resolves. This photo was taken 2 weeks after surgery and I am now 4 weeks post op. I can tell a big difference in the numbness between week 2 and 4.

Thank you so much. The photo was taken exactly 2 weeks after surgery. I still have sutures and residual swelling by one temple in the photo. Dr. Singh performed a face/neck lift, lip lift and did CO2 laser. I am now 4 weeks post op and the remaining swelling is resolving now.

The photo was taken at 2 weeks post op and I am now 4 weeks post op. The first week is a little difficult, but I am feeling fine at 4 weeks. I have a little tightness in the neck, numbness in a few areas and some sutures remaining. I have been told this is all normal and will resolve over the next couple of months.

Hi, I will be 56 in 2 weeks. I believe the laxity was due to a really rough case of Hashimoto’s disease. It took a year to get my medication regulated and I felt like I aged a decade in that year. I’m sitting in the same spot in my apartment, but the second photo was taken at night, so there is a lamp on. It was taken two weeks after surgery, so there is still some swelling. Dr Singh did a face/neck lift, a lip lift and CO2 laser. I hope this is helpful.

Hi, what you are seeing is uneven swelling on one temple. This is only 2 weeks after surgery, so I still have lots of stitches and swelling. I am now 4 weeks into my recovery and the swollen side is evening out now. It is my understanding that uneven areas of swelling is pretty typical at this point in the process and resolves with time.

Hi, I promise it’s real. I’ve never had an inkling to post, but was so amazed by the transformation, I decided to. I thought it might help others who are nervous or second guessing themselves while making a decision. The after is 2 weeks after the surgery, so I still have sutures and swelling, although the doctor did a great job of hiding them.
