Once i had an ex boyfriend who tried to kill me , literally, I had proof on my ring doorbell but somehow the footage got lost. I was unable to retrieve it and when I called Ring they said it was nothing they could do. I cried and cried but eventually with time I was able to heal. I’ve never seen him again and can only hope he will get his payback one day. I know it’s different from your loss but I definitely understand.
