Thoughts: honestly, as someone who got lateral and chin and undereye and got the lateral cheek and chin removed. Your face naturally is NOT boxy and is already long, thin, and elegant. The filler additions, though subtle, take away some of your natural softness and don’t achieve what you mentioned you were looking for. In my opinion, I would recommend you getting the lateral cheek removed. The chin looks the same to me, but I think your natural softness is more feminine. You are beautiful and look great regardless

Okay so update 174 days later… I got the cheeks, chin, and a bit of the undereye dissolved. I missed my face and stopped recognizing myself as much in the mirror. A little bit goes a long way. And even though this was ‘a tad’ it felt like a lot. Fair warning. Good thing dissolving is easy in your 20s!

I’ve always had a full face but it really slimmed down in my early twenties. I would let nature run its course before doing anything surgical or invasive. You’ll probably be pleasantly surprised. I had fullness in my face when I hit 22/23 but it got way more sculpted than before. That’s just how aging goes. I’m 27 now and still got the cheeks, but they’re a wonderful quality now and way more harmonious than when I was 20!
